With our beds under bridges

That my eyes weren’t as sharp as they seem

That my eyes allow me to see all that I need

The struggle is not what we know but what we don’t…

Gathering words for some sort of memorial service
The thoughts they add up to a whole lot of nothing

Digging a grave meant everything… can’t dig any further

Reality has been very clear… this is all going nowhere
